Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
For many braid, weave and extension services, clean, conditioned hair with minimal buildup is a good starting point. Because prep differs by service, confirm whether Natae wants your hair stretched, blow-dried or left in its natural state.
Can I send a hairstyle from TikTok, Instagram or Pinterest?
Yes. Send the clearest reference you have, preferably showing the front, side and length. The final style may need to be adapted to your hair and the service that is actually booked.
Can I book a same-day appointment?

Can I ask for a house call?
